The Hydraulic surge brake System makes the car tow dolly stop frequently whenever your tow vehicle stops. How does that work? Easy, the surge brakes work by the given interia absorption at time of braking. The interia transfers onto the self-contained actuator, which pushes brake fluid into the drum brakes for instant braking!
